Ground beef blended with Andouille sausage, onions, peppers, celery, garlic and a multitude of spices. Smoked for an hour then finished in the oven. We cut it to portion and put it on the griddle to get it hot and serve it over red skin mashed potatoes and sauteed green beans. We then top it with our etouffee' sauce.
